Usually held at the Pine Manor in Edison, this year's Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) will be held virtually to keep everyone together despite the current pandemic. Virtually, members of FCCLA will join together online in order to build leadership skills, network, participate in competitive events, and share our community service efforts. Motivational speakers and informative workshops will still be available despite being held online.

Every year, members are encouraged to participate in community service initiatives and bring their experiences to the FLC. This year those initiatives include making masks to donate to hospitals, collecting canned foods and donating them to your local communities, and donating unused denim to your nearest Aeropostale for recycling!
