NATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAM
The Lead4Change Student Leadership Program is the nation's leading fastest growing service program and has been helping out since 1997. This program helps students get involved and make a difference in their communities through lessons in integrated leadership training. Community service areas such as helping children, seniors, animals, schools, communities and global initiatives are included in this program. Lead4Change has included over 1.8 million students and has provided more than 180,000 community service hours since 2012.

Getting involved is easy:
Each year the community focus is different, depending on what the National Executive Council decides to address. The partner organization also changes from year to year and works with communities towards different specific causes. Members are encouraged to meet the needs of their chapter's communities by volunteering and getting involved.

The Lead4Change Challenge is an event where teams can win up to $10,000 for the services they do. This money can go towards their school funding or a charity of their choice. Service projects aren't only for this program, whatever project you decide to create can be used to compete in a STAR event!
