At NJ's State Leadership Conference, members have a chance to compete for State and National awards through the Spring Competitive Events. Each year, members have the opportunities to ​listen to motivational speakers, attend workshops, and participate in service projects. And at the end of the day there is a fun night club for all members to dance, watch a movie, or just have a good time!
